Summary
At OrchOps we are data minimalists. We design the experience to respect your privacy and only use cookies and similar technologies with your explicit consent for product analysis and improvement. We do not engage in ad tracking or share data with third parties for marketing purposes without your authorization.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device to remember preferences, facilitate navigation or, when you authorize it, analyze site usage for improvement purposes.
2. Technologies we use
At OrchOps we use cookies and similar technologies, which are grouped into the following categories:
2.1 Essential technologies (do not require consent)
They are necessary for the basic operation of the website and cannot be deactivated from our platform. They include, among others:
- Session management and security
- Language and privacy preferences
- Protection against abuse, bots and automated form submissions
These technologies are not used for advertising purposes or for cross-site tracking.
2.2 Technical error monitoring (does not require consent)
We use Sentry as a technical monitoring tool to detect JavaScript errors and site stability issues.
- Purpose: identify and correct technical errors
- Not used for behavioral analysis
- Not used for advertising or profiling
- Does not record content entered in forms
Sentry is configured not to send personally identifiable data, not to record sessions and not to track the user. Its use is considered strictly necessary to guarantee the quality and security of the service.
2.3 Analytics and experience improvement cookies (require consent)
Only if you give your explicit consent do we activate tools designed to understand how the site is used and to improve the experience.
Currently we use:
- Google Analytics 4
Web analytics tool provided by Google LLC that allows us to obtain aggregated metrics on site usage, such as pages visited or interaction events. The collected data is anonymous and is used exclusively for statistical purposes. Google Analytics does not load until you accept analytics cookies. - Microsoft Clarity
User experience analysis tool provided by Microsoft Corporation that helps us understand how visitors interact with the web (e.g., clicks, scrolls or heatmaps). Clarity automatically masks sensitive text and fields and does not record personal information or form content. Microsoft Clarity is only activated after accepting analytics cookies.
3. Summary of technologies used
- Essential: Own cookies - Site operation (No consent required)
- Technical: Sentry - Error detection (No consent required)
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 - Usage metrics (Requires consent)
- UX: Microsoft Clarity - Experience improvement (Requires consent)
4. Consent and control
On your first visit you can accept or reject analytics cookies from the cookie banner.
- If you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are activated.
- If you reject, only essential and technical technologies are used.
You can modify your decision at any time from the cookie banner or by adjusting your browser settings.
5. Managing cookies from the browser
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may affect the operation of the site.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy when necessary, especially if we add new tools or change how we manage data. The latest update date will appear at the top of this page.
