Data Deletion

Executive Summary

If you go, your data goes with you. You can delete your connections instantly from your dashboard, or ask us for total deletion by email. We do not retain data unnecessarily.

In compliance with privacy regulation requirements (GDPR) and platform developer policies like Meta's, we provide users with a clear path to request the deletion of their data.

1. How to request deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our systems, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to privacy@orchops.io.
  2. Use the subject: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. In the body of the message, include:
    • The email associated with your account.
    • (Optional) Your user ID if you know it.

2. Confirmation and Deadlines

We will process your request and delete your data within a maximum period of 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the operation has been completed.

3. Automatic Alternative

If you have active access to the dashboard, you can disconnect your individual accounts or delete your complete profile from the Settings > Account section. This action has immediate effect.

4. What data will be deleted

  • All OAuth access tokens (revocation and deletion).
  • Profile information (name, email, avatar).
  • All historical metrics and stored logs.

5. Residual Retention

Please note that certain anonymized technical or security logs might be automatically retained in our encrypted backups for a maximum period of 14 days before their definitive purge.
